Elizabeth Walker (b. 1967)

Elizabeth Walker is a flute teacher at the specialist music school in Wells, UK, and is in demand as a baroque flute teacher following the success of her Baroque Flute Studies books, awarded 'Best Flute Method' by the National Flute Association in 2015 & 2017 for 'Baroque Studies for Modern Flute’ both published and available from ‘wonderfulwinds.com’.

Elizabeth has recorded a highly acclaimed CD of Telemann’s Solo Fantasias and Flute Sonatas by J.S. Bach on a modern wooden flute, and has performed on the baroque flute in a number of period orchestras including: English Baroque Soloists, The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, Academy of Ancient Music and the Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century.
