This policy explains how ALRY Publications, LLC, together with its publishing partners Metropolis Music Publishers and Digital Music Print, who jointly operate the United Music and Media Publishers (UMMP) online store at ummpstore.com (the “Site”), processes orders, ships products, and handles returns and refunds.

1. Ordering and Payment

The Site can display prices in your local currency, based on your approximate location, so that you do not have to convert prices yourself while shopping. This is for your convenience only: all orders are processed in US dollars, using the conversion rate applicable on the day of purchase.

Only one discount may be applied per order, and free shipping cannot be combined with any other discount.

•          Free shipping applies to orders with a net total of $150 or more, shipped to a US address.

2. Shipping — United States and Canada

Orders are processed within one to two business days and shipped via USPS Media Mail, which can take longer to arrive than other shipping methods.

•          If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping date, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

•          Replacements are sent at no charge, unless the delay was caused by an incorrect address you provided — in which case new shipping charges will apply.

3. Shipping — International

For orders shipped to Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Australia, and South America, printed items are dispatched via Belgium Post from Antwerp within two to three business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, local carriers, and customs processing at the destination, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country on international orders.

•          We will not arrange a reshipment until 45 days have passed from the original shipping date.

•          After 45 days, we will send one replacement at no charge.

•          If that replacement also fails to arrive, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping charge.

4. Digital Products

All sales of Instant Download and +PDF items are final. These products are non-refundable once purchased.

Where a +PDF file is added to a printed item, the $7 +PDF fee is non-refundable, even if the printed item is later returned under Section 5.

5. Returns and Refunds

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the purchase price, less the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if we receive your cancellation request before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the returns policy in Section 5.
