An upbeat and jazzy piece originally composed for clarinet and piano by Dick Hyman. It was performed by Richard Stoltzman on his American Waves CD. This left a great impression on Matt Johnston in high school and led to this arrangement for solo clarinet and clarinet choir many years later.
