Kelly Via (b. 1954)
Kelly Via (BM, Drake University; MM, East Carolina University) is piccolo soloist with the Atlanta Ballet Orchestra and Macon Symphony, principal flutist with the Atlanta Pops Orchestra, and a charter member of the Georgia Sinfonia. He is also a member of two woodwind quintets, the Piedmont Winds and Pandean Players. Kelly teaches flute at Mercer University, Agnes Scott College, Atlanta Music Academy and New School of Music. He directs the Atlanta Music Academy and Mercer University flute choirs and Agnes Scott College chamber ensembles.
