Flights of Passage by Judy Nishimura for Flute Choir. From the composer: "In all of our lives there are rites of passage that mark milestones of achievement or herald stages of emotional maturity. In this composition, these “rites of passage” are celebrated as “Flights of Passage,” soaring and happy melodies with the occasional minor-key episode thrown in, as in life."
