In 1992, Hideaki Iwai, a professional clarinetist who studied music at the Osaka University of Education and at the Royal Flemish Academy of Music in Antwerp under Prof. Walter Boeykens, founded the “Hideaki Iwai Clarinet Choir” with his students from the Osaka University of Arts and from the Osaka Shin-Ai College.
