Composer and conductor, Ruben Flores, was born in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, and grew up immersed in a deeply musical environment under the influence of the Xalapa Symphony Orchestra. "Mexico Magico" is a fast Huapango, written to evoke the sights and sounds of his native country.
