"Land of Arctic Fire: Impressions of Iceland" was commissioned by the Song of the Angels Flute Orchestra (Los Angeles, California) and consists of five movements: Just Below the Surface, Glacier, Cascade, Valley Dawn, and Volcanics and Vikings.
