Part of the KBJ Collection Flute Troupe Series. Alleluia is dedicated to the composer's daughter Caroline and was written for her birth. It is an expression of the joyful expectation of her arrival into the family and an attempt to put music to the composer's ever-growing feelings of love and adoration for her. This piece plays with simple rhythmic and harmonic tension and does not always deliver the resolution of each at the same time.
