Written during Holst's time working at the St. Paul's Girls School, this influential piece originally written for string orchestra has been beautifully transcribed for saxophone choir. Matt Johnston keeps much of the same colors and effects from the original, taking advantage of the homogeneity of the saxophone choir, from top to bottom. Consists of four movements: Jig, Ostinato, Intermezzo, Finale (The Dargason).

It should be noted, this version is fully compatible with the edition of St. Pauls Suite, arranged for Clarinet Choir, also published by ALRY Publications (ALRY#: CC-135)
