Harvey - Quartet for Clarinet Quartet - CQ1076EJM
Paul Harvey was born in Sheffield (UK) in 1935 and started playing the clarinet at the age of 11. He went on to become a member of the National Youth Orchestra, and then gained a scholarship to go the Royal College of Music in 1952, where he studied clarinet with Frederick Thurston and Ralph Clarke, and also composition with John Addison. This clarinet quartet is in four movements: Fanfare, Madrigal, Basset Song, and Tarantella.
