Printing PDF books

For +PDF and Instant PDF download files, you may print the parts as needed for performances. The score is only allowed to be printed and used by the owner of the purchased piece.

Pricing

All books contain the score and all parts unless indicated otherwise on the book description page. All products are priced based in US currency.  Any foreign transactions fees or other charges are the responsibility of the credit card holder. Please consult your credit card agreement for complete details regarding your specific credit card charges.

Discounts
If a discount is offered, only one discount may be used for any one order. 

Free Shipping
Free Shipping, if offered, may not be used in combination with any other discount.  Free shipping applies to orders with a net balance of $150 or more shipped to a US address.  Free shipping is for USPS Media Mail only and does not apply to any other shipping methods.

Order Processing and Shipping Policy (USA and Canada)

Orders are processed and shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Unless specified otherwise at the time of ordering, all shipments are sent via USPS Media Mail.

Important Notes About Media Mail:

  • Media Mail shipments may take longer to arrive at their destination.
  • Tracking numbers are provided.

If your Media Mail shipment does not arrive within 2 business days of the shipping date, please contact us to request a replacement. We're happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Exception: If the address provided by the customer at the time of order was incorrect, a new shipping charge will be applied for the replacement shipment.

International Order Processing and Shipping Policy
Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, Australia, South America

For orders shipped to non-USA postal codes, the shipping origin is Antwerp, Belgium, via Belgium Post. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, excluding holidays.

Important Shipping Information:

  • Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method, the local carrier, and customs processing in the destination country.
  • Some shipments may experience extended delays based on the destination.

UMMP will not reship an order until 45 days have passed from the original shipment date. If you do not receive your order within 45 days, you may request a reshipment at no additional cost.

Refund Policy for Non-Delivery:

  • If the second shipment attempt also fails to reach you, UMMP will refund the full purchase amount minus the shipping charge.
  • A third shipment attempt will not be made.

 

Return and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item or cancel an order, please review the policy below.

Standard Returns (Physical Products)

  • Return Window: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Refund Details: The refund will be the product's purchase price less the original shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only if the cancellation notice is received before the order has shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, the Standard Returns policy above applies.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, it will be replaced immediately at no additional cost to you. Please contact us right away to report the issue.

Digital Products (Instant Download and +PDF Files)

  • All sales for Instant Download and +PDF files are final. These products are considered owned upon purchase and are non-refundable.

  • If you return a printed product that included a +PDF file, the standard return policy will apply to the printed product. However, the $7 +PDF fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

*Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.  In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
