An arrangement of Felice Primavera by Carlo Gesualdo for women's choir (SSAAA) by Thais Janssen. Born in Venosa, the Kingdom of Naples (what is now southern Italy), Gesualdo is most well-known for his output of six volumes of madrigals. Felice Primavera comes from the first of these books, which was first published in 1594. Originally for mixed voices, here it has been adapted for women's voices, and also a piano reduction (for rehearsal) has been created.
