Anna Bofill Levi - Aires for Brass Quintet. The composer and singer Francesca Caccini was the first female opera writer when the genre was dawning at the beginning of the 17th century. This piece, based on one of Caccini's arias, is a tribute by Anna Bofill with contrasting sections, reminiscent of different styles and the periods of these two authors.
