Mozart (arr. Johnston) - Aria and Finale for Clarinet Quartet - CQ32
The lovely Aria “Sull’aria...che soave zeffiretto” (“On the breeze… What a gently little Zephyr”) paired with the Finale of the third act of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s beloved opera The Marriage of Figaro. Arranged for Clarinet Quartet by Matt Johnston. The aria itself is rather short, a duet for two sopranos, Almaviva and Susanna, however it is perhaps most well-known for its use in the 1994 film, The Shawshank Redemption.
