Remember When for Violin, (A) Clarinet, Cello, and Piano, by Ken Benshoof. Commissioned by the Fairbanks Concert Association for their 75th Anniversary. From the composer: "While searching through a stack of unused material, I came across an interesting variation on 12 bar blues. I stretched the phrase lengths and added some quasi-conversational counterbalance, all in a laid-back tempo. This dissolves into a tender, wistful, reflective folk tune which then dissolves into an up-tempo version of the blues, snappy and punchy. Add a little codetta, questioning, and a throw-away end."
