Daniel Zipin
Daniel Zipin is a 4th year undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Music Education at The Ohio State University. A conducting student of Miriam Burns, Daniel serves as Music Director of the Buckeye Philharmonic Orchestra, where he enjoys the unique experience of working with a collegiate music ensemble each week. A scholarship student in the flute studio of Katherine Borst Jones, Daniel has served as principal flutist of the OSU Wind Symphony, principal flutist in the OSU Symphony Orchestra, and a winner of the OSU School of Music Concerto Competition. Daniel is an active member of the Central Ohio Flute Association and the National Association for Music Education.
