Joseph A. Saenz (b. 1986)

Joseph A. Saenz is a flutist, woodwind doubler, and music educator based in Miami, Florida. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Florida International University in Flute Performance. Saenz is currently the high school band director at Franklin Academy Charter High School in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Saenz also has prior experience teaching chorus, orchestra, and piano at the middle and high school level, and elementary music. Saenz enjoys playing multiple instruments in musical theater productions, community bands, community flute choirs, and festival flute orchestras. He also enjoys composing, arranging, and instructing small groups and private lessons during his free time for the groups he conducts and performs with.
