Patrick Milbou was born in Kalmthout (Belgium) and studied saxophone and chamber music at the Royal Conservatory in Antwerp. He obtained his degree in music theory, saxophone and chamber music.  At Luca School of Arts Leuven he obtained  his degree  Master of Arts. He also studied conducting for wind bands at the Conservatory of Rotterdam ( The Netherlands).

As a teacher saxophone ( classical, pop, jazz and rock), chamber music and coördinator he is working at  Muzarto, Academy of Essen-Kalmthout.

He was/is conductor of several wind orchestra's and playing in several bands.
